A popular adage says, “Choose a job you love, and you will never have to work a day in your life.” Employees of the 2015 Best Places to Work can probably relate to that.
The Kansas City Business Journal received more than 250 nominations from companies vying to be named as a Best Place to Work in Kansas City. But the employees had the final say, rating their employers on team/manager effectiveness, retention probability, work engagement and whether they feel valued.
Any company in the Kansas City metropolitan area with 10 or more full-time employees was eligible; Quantum Workplace administered the employee survey.
