NorthPoint Development of Kansas City, Mo., broke ground on a 300,000 square-foot building at the Kentucky Transpark this month. This project is expected to be complete by July, creating 75 new jobs and bringing $29 million in capital investment to South Central Kentucky.

This announcement is the Bowling Green Area Chamber of Commerce’s second economic development announcement in 2017 for a total of $35.4 million in capital investment and 154 new jobs.
