NorthPoint Development announced the construction of Inland Port XIV, an 822,104 square- foot speculative building at Logistics Park Kansas City (LPKC). In addition to being the largest industrial building constructed on a speculative basis in the Kansas City market, the building will be the first speculative building to feature 36-foot clear height.
“Upon completion of Inland Port XIV, which is expected in December 2015, there will be approximately 3.6 million square feet of new buildings at LPKC.
