In the wake of reduced state funding from the Tennessee Department of Transportation, officials with NorthPoint Development in Kansas City have said they fully intend to complete all assigned safety enhancements to Beechcroft Road in Spring Hill where they opened two plants this year.
“At this time, NorthPoint has no intention of approaching the planning commission with a revised typical section for the Beechcroft road improvements,” said Project Manager R.J. Agee. “We are in agreement that the profile approved by the commission in 2014, with curb on both sides of Beechcroft, is the most appropriate.”
Agee said there are “many advantages” to the commission-approved section.
