NorthPoint Development has started construction of its eighth industrial building at Logistic Park Kansas City in Edgerton.
Inland Port V, which will cover 654,656 square feet, is the seventh building in the park that NorthPoint has started on a speculative basis, meaning before tenants are lined up.
Logistics Park Kansas City is a 1,500-acre master-planned distribution and warehouse development that is anchored by BNSF Railway’s newest intermodal facility, which opened in late 2013.
